Christina Baxter is an award‑winning choreographer and passionate dance educator with over a decade of experience inspiring dancers of all ages. A graduate of the renowned Mayfield Secondary School Regional Arts Dance Program, Christina began her journey as a competitive dancer at a young age and has since built a career marked by artistic innovation and dedication.
Christina’s professional highlights include two seasons performing with the Toronto Raptors Dance Team, The Northside Crew, and representing Canada internationally as a member of the Team Canada Show Dance team in Prague. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside leading choreographers in professional shows, music videos, and dance companies across Toronto’s vibrant dance scene, continually refining her craft and artistic vision. As a choreographer and teacher, Christina’s work is recognized for its creativity, musicality, and emotional depth, earning numerous awards and national recognition. Beyond the stage, she actively supports the dance community by mentoring youth teams, leading workshops in schools, and choreographing for local artists at festivals, charity events, and youth gatherings. Christina’s teaching philosophy centres on sharing her love for dance and helping students grow both technically and artistically. She is deeply committed to nurturing confidence, creativity, and discipline in every dancer she teaches, striving to spark a lifelong passion for dance. Christina is thrilled to continue her journey in dance education and looks forward to inspiring and empowering the next generation of dancers.
