JULA MEZE

JULIA MEZE

Julia started dance at the age of four and quickly fell in love with the artistry and team environment. She trained competitively in a variety of styles, including jazz, lyrical, contemporary, tap, ballet, and acro. Her passion for dance eventually brought her to the world stage, representing Team Canada in tap.

Growing up in the dance world, Julia also discovered a love for mentorship and teaching. She carried this passion with her into university, attending the University of Guelph, where she studied Child Studies with a minor in Psychology and graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science. This background gave her a deeper understanding of how children learn and grow at different ages, which now shapes the way she teaches, connects with, and supports her students both in and out of the studio.

Julia has taught a wide range of styles, including jazz, lyrical, hip hop, acro, ballet, contemporary, and strength and stretch. Her teaching style is supportive while pushing her students to become the best versions of themselves. She emphasizes inclusivity in all her classes, helping students grow both as dancers and as people.
