Anysa started her competitive journey in the world of gymnastics but transitioned to dance at the age of 14. She was drawn to the artistry and passion of dance, and quickly immersed herself in a variety of styles, including jazz, contemporary, lyrical, ballet, pointe, hip hop, and acro. Anysa went on to represent Team Canada at the Dance World Cup, competing in both the contemporary and ballet categories.

During her university years, she continued to hone her skills as a member of the Guelph Gryphons Dance Pak, a competitive varsity team that competed against top Universities across Ontario. In her final year, Anysa was appointed team captain, where she led and organized the team’s operations.

Certified in Acrobatic Arts Module One, as well as in back handsprings and aerials, Anysa has taught a wide range of styles such as acro, jazz, lyrical, technique, and strength and stretch. Her teaching style is known for being both fun and positive, creating a supportive environment where dancers can build their skills and confidence.
